In 2006, I arrived in Benidorm<\/a>, this sunny land, with my 10-month-old daughter in my arms, leaving behind the rain, the cold and everything that was familiar to me. With a great love for good food and the dream of creating something of my own, I opened a small takeaway called Simply Delicious in Benidorm.<\/p>\n

My passion for cooking has always been rooted in my family. My grandfather was a chef, and my mother inherited his talent, filling our home with warmth, laughter, and comforting home-cooked meals. That love for authentic, honest food has stayed with me ever since.<\/p>\n

What began as a modest establishment soon became more than just a place to eat. It became a place for gathering, community, and flavours reminiscent of home. Thanks to our wonderful customers and neighbours, Simply Delicious has grown far beyond that small shop.<\/p>\n

Today, although we offer much more, our heart remains the same: fresh, tasty food, prepared with care and always served with love. Above all, we continue to strive to give each customer a warm welcome and a truly enjoyable experience.<\/p>\n
